Vadimir Voronchenko is a well-known businessman, art collector and connoisseur who serves as chairman of The Link of Times Foundation and as director of the Faberge Museum in St Petersburg. He is on the board of trustees of several major international institutions, among them the Paris Biennale, the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts and the Carl Faberge International Jeweller Contest, where he serves as co-chairman. In 2004 The Link of Times Foundation purchased Malcolm Forbes's famous collection of Faberge masterpieces from his heirs. Collins Ian Faberge. From St Petersburg to Sandringham
In 1907 Edward VII commissioned Peter Carl Faberge - court artist-jeweller to imperial Russia - to produce miniature sculptures of animals on the royal estate at Sandringham. Designed to please Queen Alexandra, the project was suggested by the king's mistress Alice Keppel (the Duchess of Cornwall's great grandmother). The best craftsmen were sent to Norfolk to make wax models which were then taken to Russia to be rendered in hardstones, gemstones, gold, silver and platinum as directed by Faberge himself. Faberge's most ambitious venture in England showed the naturalistic genius of his workshops in St Petersburg and Moscow. It also crowned his career of patronage by the two Danish princesses, Alix and Dagmar, who married British and Russian princes and later became queen-empresses of rival empires. They strove over six decades to bring Britain and Russia together - and against Germany. Perfect little gifts by Faberge aided the sisterly enterprise. This bittersweet saga is also the story of Sandringham - family retreat and political powerhouse, and Alexandra's favourite home from 1863 until her death in 1925. The tale further traces the fate of players in the Faberge commission - many of the Norfolkmen being killed at Gallipoli, as Faberge crafted deadly munitions. While the dowager empress was rescued after the revolution, many of her relatives were murdered in Siberia where Faberge hardstones had been mined. Featuring new research, this book coincides with an exhibition at the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts in Norwich on the centenary of the Russian Revolution.

The Gallery, a new section of the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts, opened its doors to the public in August 2006. The setting up of the Gallery was the next step in the development of the Museum, following the opening of a new building for the Museum of Private Collections in 2005 and the Museion Centre of Aesthetic Training for children and young people in 2006. The appearance of the Gallery is a continuation of the plan to surround the main building, which was erected from a design by the architect Roman Klein in 1912, with a "museum town", something the museum's founder, Professor Ivan Vladimirovich Tsvetaev dreamed of in his day.

Lipchitz was one of the most notable sculptors who adopted the principles of Cubism and persistently applied them in his works, gaining recognition from both connoisseurs and the general public. Later, moving away from Cubism, he kept his expressiveness and daring approach to form. .Published to coincide with the exhibition in the Moscow Museum of Modern Art, the present edition reflects on the history of sculpture in the 20th century, factors that shaped its development, and Lipchitz's circle of artists and friends, who influenced his approach. Jacques Lipchitz marked a turning point in the perception of art and, along with Pablo Picasso and Marc Chagall, became a symbol of the new art. Along with the artworks presented in the exhibition, the catalogue contains additional materials such as an article by the exhibition curator Kosme de Baranano about the sculptor's life and work, an essay by an art historian Mikhail Kamen-sky about Lipchitz's visit to the USSR in 1935, interesting facts about the sculptor's life, previously unpublished images from the archives of Musee d'Art et d'Histoire du JudaTsme in Paris as well as photographs of sculptures and graphic works from the collections of Marlborough Gallery, the Israel Museum in Jerusalem, and private collections. .This retrospective exhibition is a continuation of the museum's exhibition program aimed at introducing visitors to the work of important modernist artists. Voronchenko Vladimir Faberge Museum
Housed in the stunning Shuvalov Palace in the heart of historic St Petersburg, the Faberge Museum opened in 2013 and is now home to over 4,000 works by the famous Imperial Russian jewellery firm. The most valuable are the nine Imperial Easter Eggs created by Carl Faberge for the last two Russian emperors, Alexander III and Nicholas II, but the museum is also a treasure trove of objects of fantasy of all kinds, small goods, silverware, and the interior and religious objects. The Moscow Centre-Museum named after N.Roerich
The International Centre-Museum named after Nicholas Roerich (ICR) with a status of a public cultural enlightening centre was founded by the initiative of Svetoslav, the younger son of Helena and Nicholas Roerich. In 1990, Svetoslav Roerich transferred the invaluable heritage of his parents from India to Russia on the condition that a public Museum was to be established in Moscow. The management of the future Museum was entrusted to his good friend Lyudmila Shaposhnikova – a writer and specialist in Indian culture, who was appointed by Svetoslav as his trustee. Due to Shaposhnikova’s efforts and with support from the famous diplomat Yuli Vorontsov and sponsor Boris Bulochnik, Svetoslav’s will was fulfilled. The public Museum in Moscow became the second museum in the world founded by a member of the great family, the first one founded by Nicholas and Helena Roerich in New York. 0
